Cornwall Council is conducting a soft market assessment to gain an understanding of the potential level of interest in the market for the provision of a domestic abuse service for those unable to access safe accommodation and for consultation on the specification.
It is intended that the responses supplied will enable the Council to further develop the specification. This is not a formal tender document.
