Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to provide masonry repairs to sections 7 & 8 of Colchester Roman Wall, located along St. John's Street, Osborne Street, Vineyard Gate and Vineyard Street in Colchester, Essex.
The works required are conservation repairs to sections of a Scheduled Monument within Colchester Town Centre. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
