The deliverables agreed are to:
-assess and review the roll out of the Start Up Loan (SUL) Programme split, providing lessons learned and recommendations for the continuing delivery of the SUL Programme
-assess the performance and emerging impacts of the SUL Programme
-assess the performance of the SUL Programme through estimation of additional gross value added, leading to a subsequent value for money assessment
-assess the impact on diversity of finance of the SUL Programme and the benefits for entrepreneurs resulting from the SUL finance
