This contract is for the replacement of existing kitchens over a two year period.
Year 1 Address List - 176 kitchen replacements located in the Burscough area of Lancashire.
Year 2 Address List - 180 kitchen replacements, mainly in Hesketh Bank, Banks, and Skelmersdale.
WLBC's aim is for the selected contractor to deliver no less than 140 new kitchens per year.
The works will consist of design, supply and installation of kitchens and associated electrical and gas works to the property.
