This is a pre-market engagement event for prospective suppliers for the installation of a high quality audio visual experience for customers and visitors to the city. This will include a large outdoor screen on the market square and linking the indoor / outdoor entertainment and information systems including the public address and information boards.
This Expressions of Interest (EOI) will seek to support the Council's understanding of the available options for a high quality audio visual system and large outdoor screen.
Interested Parties who respond to this EOI will be invited to a Supplier Open Day on Friday 4th November at Council offices to further discuss the requirements and for a question and answer session.
