Essex County Council (ECC) are currently considering options for the delivery of Housing Related Support (HRS) for young people aged 16+ in the following cohorts:
â¢16/17 year olds at risk of homelessness
â¢Care Leavers aged 18+
â¢Other young people 18+ at risk of homelessness and assessed as having specific vulnerabilities
â¢Young parents aged 18-21 with additional support needs
