Tyne Housing - External Decoration Including Repairs to Merchant Mariners (Listed Building)

Tyne Housing Association Ltd seek to appoint a Contractor to undertake external window decoration and any associated repairs to the North and North West elevations of Merchant Mariners (Listed Building). The work will include erecting scaffolding, painting windows and external render, carrying out any associated repairs/replacement of windows (only where necessary). The Client may require additional works to be undertaken as part of the tender (Subject to budget). The works will include repairs/repaint to fascia and render of North Elevation and repaint of all windows to South West, South and Eastern elevations. The Contract is to be undertaken on a supply and fit basis.
