The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is procuring the Installation of a new Strategic Heat Network (SHN) in Barking Town Centre (BTC) on behalf of itself and a wholly owned company of the Authority, which the Authority has set up known as B&D Energy Limited (BDE).
This PQQ is for Lot 1 (SHN) shall cover the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and setting to work of the following key parts of the system a. Buried DH pipework b. Customer heat substations c. Modifications to existing building heating systems d. Communications network and heat substation control systems
