Replacement Fire Door Sets at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital & Victoria Hospital, Deal

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor for the Replacement of Fire Doorsets at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital ( 10 ) and Victoria Hospital, Deal (9 ).

Bidders must be:

• Constructionline registered with a minimum 'Silver' verified status

• The Bidder must be registered with UKAS or similarly qualified body or able to provide details of third-party accreditation to be used to certify fire doors

• The Bidder must have successfully carried out similar type of work at operational healthcare or hospital buildings (NHS or Private) in a 'live environment' or other public sector buildings within the last 5 years.

This project is tendered in accordance with the principles of JCT Tendering 2017 with Alternative 1 being dominant when dealing with arithmetical errors.

Please note that site visits will held on the 23 November 2022, times will be confirmed within the ITT documentation when released following closure of the EOI stage.
