To deliver a short introduction to warehousing course.
Service Providers are to provide an information/taster session PRIOR to the start of the course (minimum of three days before). This will have to cover:
o The nature of warehouse employment, the structure of the course and expectations that will be placed on participants.
o The time of training, dates and locations.
o The employers that the Training Provider are able to offer employment and work trials with, their locations and their shift patterns.
The program should cover a range of topies including but not limited to:
