The Council currently have multiple Payment Service Providers (PSP), providing Chip & Pin, telephone and web payment authorisation. It is recommended that the Council reduce complexity by contracting with a single Payment Service Provider to provide a Payment Platform Service who also can deliver Income Management capability.
This service is also required to enable to the CRM Payments functionality.
