The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the supply of 200 Case Manager user licences for a three-year period and ongoing support and maintenance for the healthcare investigation Case Management System used by Maternity and Newborn Safety Investigations (MNSI) programme.
This procurement was undertaken through the CCS G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14), Lot 2 Cloud Software, following the Direct Award process.
The Contract is awarded for a total period of 36 months.
Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
