Siglion have a requirement to develop the Vaux Plot 12 land which is located next to the Sunderland City Hall. The contract for the works is to be designed and procured by the Council on behalf of Siglion.
The requirements include general landscape work, a small amount of plant and tree planting, earth moving, and minor drainage works.
The requirement also includes a 12-month maintenance plan for the site that includes general site tidy up, plant pruning and watering that will commence on the works practical completion.
