The requirement is for analysis to extend and build the evidence base on the impacts of a trade agreement between the UK and Mercosur, for use in policy development. CGE modelling techniques will be used to model a minimum of four scenarios against 2 baselines. There is an Optional Deliverable for non-tariff barrier modelling, which must be included in the suppliers methodology and the Pricing Schedule for evaluation, however the Authority reserves the right to not commission this deliverable.
The contract shall be for a period of three (3) months.
