The Stage 1 contract is a PCSA for the design services of the following:
⢠Demolition of existing building and enabling works
⢠Main construction works
The scope of works of the whole Design and Build scheme includes;
⢠Demolition and removal of the existing 1980's Tropicana building
⢠Construction of a new purpose built event space
⢠Visual improvements to the frontage of the promenade building
⢠Improving the wayfinding features of the site
⢠Resurfacing of the outdoor courtyard
