To strip out old redundant heating within building and remove from site.
Make good wall where tallboy fan heater was sited.
Supply and fit 1 No. Worcester 2000 combination boiler.
Supply and fit 1 No. horizontal flue.
Run new gas main from boiler house to boiler through sure start loft.
Supply and fit new radiators in toilets and ground floor area.
Connect up all hot and cold outlets.
Run new heating pipework throughout picking up 8 No. radiators. Supply and fit new mixer valves on basins.
Supply and install 1 No. sub gas meter and 1 No. sub water meter.
Fill, test, commission and issue relevant certification.
