The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to develop a 'Tall Buildings Strategy'. The Strategy should be sufficiently robust to inform the development of a specific development plan policy in the Council's emerging Local Plan Part 2 and will be used to inform the determination of planning applications for tall buildings
