Draft documentation for Mandatory Dental Services (MDS) in Kent, Surrey and Sussex

Following market briefing events carried out on 7th and 8th May, a project space has been set up on our e-tendering portal (In-Tend) for Mandatory Dental Services in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

This space has been set up to provide indicative documents and communication, prior to anticipated future release of tender(s) for Mandatory Dental Services in Kent, Surrey & Sussex.

Bidders are advised that these documents are draft versions and are subject to change. Bidders should not rely upon these documents when submitting bids, instead referring to the tender documentation released with the relevant tender opportunity.

All future communication and updates for this project will be provided through the above mentioned space within In-Tend. Any communication received by email will be re-directed to the In-Tend portal.

This is an information sharing exercise rather than a call for competition in its own right, and therefore publication or response does not commit NHS England or respondents to a future procurement, nor provide any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest.

NHS England will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. Interested parties should note that a response to this In-Tend project space or it's associated Contract Finder notice does not guarantee an automatic invitation to any subsequent formal procurement, which the commissioners will consider in due course.
