The Authority is conducting a preliminary market consultation (PMC) to seek the opinions of experienced consultants on modern methods of data collection and modelling practices with regards to SATURN. This will enable us to better define our specification for the procurement of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to deliver a validated, WebTAG compliant SATURN model.
The Authority is considering procurement options as it does not currently have the level of resource and expertise required to update the existing SATURN Model. There is a desire to update the model to support future applications for funding of major schemes.
