The bidder will carry out the removal of all trees and vegetation and undertake all necessary site clearance and disposal at the following sites:

• The Lawrences - New Street, Desborough, NN14 2QZ

• Scott Road - Scott Road, Kettering, NN16 9JX

• Grange Church - Stamford Road, Kettering, NN16 9UB

Additional information: Please note that this project is time critical and therefore if you genuinely cannot meet the procurement key timescales and deadlines that you are expected to fully observe then please do not submit a bid.

The procurement timescales and deadlines are:

1. Invitation to Quotation published on Contracts Finder - 21st January 2020

2. Deadline for Clarification Questions by the bidders - 12 noon, 27th January 2020

3. Contractor Engagement Day - TBC

4. Deadline for Quotation Responses - 5pm on 5th February 2020

5. Quotation Evaluation -w/c 5th February 2020

6. Award Decision - 10th February 2020

7. Proposed Contract Start Date - 17th February 2020

8. Completion Date - 30th March 2020 or TBA
