RA297564 - X24 - Deputy Heads of Midwifery and Deputy Directors of Midwifery leadership accelerator programme

NHS England & NHS Improvement (NHSEI) wish to commission a supplier to provide an accelerator programme for those currently working in Deputy DoM/HoM posts, to prepare them at pace for stepping up to and performing a HoM/DoM role. This will enable us to urgently address some of the leadership gaps currently in England.\

This training is to be delivered remotely/online to 70 individuals currently working as Deputy DoMs/HoMs.\

We anticipate delivery of this training starting with a first session delivered during w/c 22 March 2021, and the rest delivered in late March and April 2021.\
