⢠to assist the Court in the event of a prosecution in understanding what legal and industry standards the suspect company should have adhered to at the time of the incident in the risk assessment, allocation and conduct of the work at the incident site on 25 September 2018
⢠and in what ways the company met or did not meet those standards at the time of the incident.
