Wiltshire Council has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance at Needham House, Extra Care Scheme in Devizes. General upkeep and tidying of the communal gardens, to include, but not be limited to:
⢠Grass Cutting (cut fortnightly from 1st April to 31st October. Ad hoc in the winter months)
⢠Weeding and tidying of all flower beds and borders
⢠Hedge cutting - minimum of 2 cuts per year
⢠Pruning of any low level branches
⢠Clearing and cleaning of paths
⢠Weeding communal patios (by the lounge areas and at the bottom of fire exits)
⢠Sweep refuse area, car park and the alley between the building and refuse store
⢠To pressure wash refuse area (4 times per year)
⢠Ensure bottom of drain pipes do not become blocked with garden debris
⢠Ensure no invasive plants take root in the gardens
⢠Plant replacement as required
