The Works comprise:
a)The internal and external refurbishment of the Male and Female toilets Dunwich b)Drainage and associated works - Aldeburgh c)All other associated work as identified in the attached specification. To remove and dispose from site, all debris along with fixtures and fittings as detailed in the Invitation to Bid documents.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
