PO 7963 - Improving Public Financial Management and Accountability (PFMA2) Programme - Amendment No 3

This amendment relates to (a) an extension to the end date of the contract, (b) an increase to the overall contract value of £799,999.76, (c) change of key personnel, (d) revised Terms of Reference to respond to the immediate needs and adaptation to COVID 19, (e) updated proformas to reflect the time extension and the increase in value. The time and cost extension will ensure the continuation of PFMA2 support to both the GoN and FCDO. Delivery partners ACCA Nepal and Accountability Lab have not been used to date but may be used in the future.
