The City Council's In-House building contractor, Repairs and Construction Services (RCS) require support from an external brick work contractor with skilled tradespersons to carry out brickworks to external boundary walls at Eastfield Estate.
The Council wish to appoint a single contractor to carry out the works as detailed in this specification and supporting documents. Works are required to commence in Late January/Early February 2021 and are expected to be completed no later than the 24 May 2021. The package of works is to include all Labour, materials and plant.
