The materials, goods and workmanship utilised in the execution of the works shall comply with all the relevant requirements of this Specification. In all cases the Contractor shall refer to this section and all other sections appropriate to the work. Adjustments to the schedule of rates are to allow for all requirements for Preliminaries etc. \r
