The contract is for the Telstar Expansion at St. Ann`s School as described in more detail in the specification and drawings. The scope of works include design (From stage D-onwards) and construction of the new Telstar building to accommodate 11/14 pupils with special needs. Including teaching areas, daily living rooms, creative, calm, audio visual rooms in association with plant and cleaning facilities, storage, pupil WC`s bath and shower and drying facilities, disabled WC and WC facilities for school staff, associated mechanical and electrical installations, external works and incoming utility services, rainwater and drainage provision. Existing ground have Tree preservation and protection and root protective issues.
