New floating support service in Rotherham to support a caseload of 50 people living in temporary hostel/hotel accommodation/move on accommodation from the 1st October to 31st March 2023.
The support would primarily be to:
⢠Provide tenancy support
⢠Help customers to secure a tenancy (Council, HA, PRS) and support to settle and manage tenancy longer term
⢠Physical health support - GP appointments / secondary care
⢠Mental health support
⢠Help to access drug and alcohol support
⢠Debt and benefits management
