Description

The National Gallery invites suppliers to tender for the audio-visual installation, software supply, hardware supply and maintenance support for the fit out of the NGX production studio.

Considering the use cases outlined below we are looking for a full package of equipment, and an installation programme, to be designed, proposed, and costed, for delivery and installation by January 2024.

Example use cases

Virtual video production using real time 3D footage.
A live stream virtual production output using real time 3D footage and a live mix.
Single speaker positioned in front of a green screen and talking to camera - pre-recorded material for social platforms.
1-3 speakers either standing or seated in front of a physical set, filmed by a laptop or a camera set-up
