The Council is seeking a number of organisations to provide CLC services across Leicestershire to Adults aged 18 or over who are eligible for CLC Services and/or to receive a managed Personal Assistant service (PA's) following the completion of a Care and Support or Carers Assessment by LCC. The Service must be able to cover the needs in theCare/Support plan and note that this may include weekend and evening working hours.
Support is categorised in the following five areas:
Community engagement
Health and wellbeing
Personal Care (Regulated by the Care Quality Commission)
Personal and skills development
Promoting and maintaining independence
