Through prisoner employment consultants/mentors to provide a hybrid service, including but not limited to, facilitating a manned desk within the Prison employment hub office, identifying, and supporting candidates through one to one or group work with preparing CV's, disclosure letters, raise awareness of employment opportunities and assist with preparation for interviews, including interview techniques.
