The Medway Young person's Lockdown Survey commissioned by Medway Public Health (A Better Medway) conducted in June showed that 2/3 (63%) of young people locally didn't understand government messages about COVID and how to behave and impact of their actions on themselves and other.
As a result the Medway Council (led by Public Health) and partners recommended that an external digital/media agency would be procured as a partner with the council to do some targeted campaigns and messaging to try and increase understanding of our 90,000 under 25s.
