The contract will cover all supply and extract air ventilation and air conditioning plant plus their associated refrigeration systems, controls, ducts, attenuators, dampers, grilles, diffusers and louvres located in the various properties listed. All work is to be performed in line with all current legislation and guidance, in particular the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015 and amendments.

All documentation to be found advertised on the e-procurement portal the Chest. Registration for the Chest is free of charge. Once registered the documentation can be downloaded and then must be completed and uploaded back onto the Chest by Noon, 30th November, 2020.
