Supply Chain Notice: WC1918109-AD230S_CONSTRUCTION OF NEW GENERATOR SHED AND EQUIPMENT RELOCATION, AKROTIRI, CYPRUS

The scope of works includes the following:

• Remove the stand-by generator and fuel tank from existing container and store for future use.
• Remove and dispose of the existing container.
• Construct the new shed at the original location and re-install the stand-by generator and fuel tank.
• Provide a temporary generator to cover for emergency power while the works take place.
• Overhaul generator fuel pumps and controls and installation of a client-furnished 5,000 litre fuel tank and all associated fuel line pipework, valves and accessories.
• Carry out new electrical installation including cables to and from the automatic changeover switch, small power and lighting.
• Supply and installation of new intake and discharge louvres, sound attenuators and motorised dampers.

-Expression of interest return: 11/09/2026

-Invitation to Tender: 18/09/2026

-Tender Return Date: 30/10/2026

-Contract award: 19/02/2027

-Commencement of work: 05/03/2027

-Completion of work: 23/07/2027

The currency of this project is Euro (€).

The location of this project is Akrotiri, Cyprus (British Forces).

Any company wishing to participate in this tender should complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and the EOI form which are attached and return them electronically to the above email address by no later than 12:00 EET on 11/09/2026.

For companies that have submitted a PQQ within the last 12 months, there is no requirement to re-submit it. They must provide the details of their last PQQ submission to guarantee inclusion on the invitation list.
