Amey is required to undertake an annual programme of bathroom replacements.
The programme of works will be broken down as follows:
⢠Full bathroom replacement.
⢠Full bathroom replacement with water closet (WC) if not located in main bathroom, whether on the same floor or another floor of the property.
⢠Where there is an additional WC, it shall only include its replacement upon instruction from Amey.
The pricing for bathroom replacement will be based upon the category of property.
