Ellesmere Town Council Pest Control

To Provide Pest Control at Ellesmere Town Hall as follows:-

• Pest Control for the whole premises including:- o Outside area o Town Hall Rooms o Kitchen o Bar Area o Offices o External Shed

• Set up and treatments for pests such as wasps, rodents, ants and other insects.

• Where required - proofing of the building and premises in order to prevent pests getting into the buildings.

• Monthly call plan

Documentation:-

Contractors will be expected to produce appropriate Waste Transfer Notes and service reports.

Health & Safety:-

Contractors will be expected to provide fully trained operatives and provide the Council with copies of its risk assessments associated with this work.

Insurance:-

Employers and Public Liability must be held and produced to the council by the Contractor on commencement of any contract.

Contract Length:-

A 3 year contract will be awarded after consideration of quotes at an Ellesmere Town Council Meeting

Contract Payments:-

The contract value will be paid monthly upon receipt of invoice(s) unless otherwise negotiated.
