HSE are now working with OPSS on further development of IRIS. This stage will develop a MVP (Minimum Viable Product) IRIS tool delivered live over a network, followed by a 6 month stakeholder trial. This would provide a simple overview of a site and its performance, with a rating of the Confidence in Management (CIM). This will essentially allow, for example, information on potential high risk business owners or sites that have had lots of intervention, to be shared.
