East Suffolk Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide master planning services to RIBA Stage 2, Concept Design. It is expected that the Consultant will take on the "principal designer" role and it is intended to award a contract in February 2020 to a single provider for a period of six months.
