The Ceremonies, Culture and Queen's Baton Relay (CCQ) Division of the OC is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified team to provide comprehensive overall planning, project management, design, production and delivery of the Live Sites programmes.
The Supplier will provide a full-service solution to plan, manage, operationalise and deliver the Live Sites across the Games, including:
â¢Strategic and operations planning, in line with budget and programme constraints
â¢Sourcing and supply of all production and technical elements
â¢Workforce planning and implementation
â¢Content planning, management and implementation
â¢Internal and external stakeholder liaison and alignment
â¢Procurement of additional services where necessary
â¢Games-time Live Sites delivery, maintenance and decommissioning
