SBS on behalf of the NHS England and Improvement Patient Safety Team seek external expertise and capability, to carry out a thorough and objective evaluation of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework pilot programme (across the 25 Early Adopter organisations) of whether it is effectively supporting the overarching aim to help the NHS to improve its understanding of safety by drawing insight from patient safety incidents..\
