As part of its programme to regenerate the Royal Docks area of East London the GLA intend to award a contract for the design, building and maintenance of a Floating Gardens, to be sited within the waterway of the Docks, to a single supplier. We are currently hoping to issue the tender on 21st February with a response date of 20th March, although these dates are to be confirmed. Please note: TfL (on behalf of the GLA) will carry out financial checks on bidders and reserve the right to exclude any companies that, in the sole determination of TfL, are unable to demonstrate sufficient financial strength to fulfil the requirements of this contract.
