The LGA is commissioning a supplier to work with a consortium of councils to run a behavioural insights trial between July 2022 to March 2023. The consortium will consist of six councils and the behavioural challenge will focus on encouraging homeowners to retrofit their properties particularly where there are grant funding packages available to enable this change.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
