Initial market engagement prior to releasing tender documents for a City Dressing and Large Format Print Framework for Liverpool City Council. Although we have not finalised our procurement documentation, we will be looking at splitting up these Framework using the following Lots:
Lot 1: Flagpoles
Lot 2: Banners
Lot 3: Gateway Signage
Lot 4: Other experiential dressing activities
Lot 5: Large Format Outdoors (including installation).
