We are seeking an established management system that can store and manage section 106 agreements, including their associated financial and non-financial obligations; the system will also provide an interface to manage projects funded by section 106.
This is not an invitation for the development/creation of a bespoke system. The system must be tried and tested, and the bidder must demonstrate its successful use in other organisations, preferably local authorities or other bodies managing section 106 developer funds.
