The works comprise of design and build including all services and associated external works of;

• Station Road, Hellifield BD23 4HL: Design and construction of 2nr 1 bed houses (665 sq ft), 6nr 2 bed houses (779 sq ft) & 5nr 3 bed houses (971 to 1079 sq ft).
• Duke Street, Bentham, LA2 7HT: Design and construction of 4nr 2bed houses (775sq ft)
• Banksway, Bentham, LA2 7JJ: Design and construction of 2nr 1 bed houses (645sq ft)
• North Parade, Skipton, BD23 2SL: Design and construction of 3nr 2 bed houses (882 sq ft), 2nr 3 bed houses (1090 sq ft)
• Ashfield, Settle BD24 9DZ: Design and construction of ground floor tourist information (414 sq ft), 1nr commercial unit, 3nr 1 bed first floor flats.
