Outcome of all submissions will be notified to suppliers on the 5th November 2021 followed by a 10 day standstill period ending on the 17th November 2021 when a purchase order to the successful bidder will be issued. All bids will be scored as follows 50% on price, the lowest price getting the higher score. 40% on specifications, the more options included, the longer the warranty and calibration periods the higher the score. 10% on delivery forecast whereby the shortest delivery time gets the higher score.
