Market Feedback Request - Specialist Fertility Services

NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of the Commissioner(s), NHS East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (ENHCCG), NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (HVCCG) and NHS West Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (WECCG), wish to request feedback from the market, in anticipation of a tender for Specialist Fertility Services being published in Spring 2020.

The CCGs wish to invite any interested party / Provider to submit their feedback, on the attached form, no later than 5pm 10th January 2020 by return to …@nhs.net. If this deadline is not possible, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, using the aforementioned email address.

The attached form has a series of questions about your current service(s) and services you could provide in the near future, as well as your experiences of providing these services and responding to tenders. We wish to learn as much as possible from expert Providers, so any constructive information is gratefully received. Please provide as much information and rationale as you are able to help inform the project; we may not be able to further investigate any points you make and therefore they must be substantiated in the feedback response. We also appreciate your co-operation and understanding regarding the use of information to help to inform a viable service specification and the requirement for Commissioners to evidence information gathering and how it informs any decisions made.

Your information will be kept confidential wherever possible; however, please be aware your organisation details and any information you provide may be releasable under the Freedom of Information Act or any other stipulation of EU or UK law, used in designing and refining the commissioning/procurement process and/or used as evidence for a commissioning decision (as part of the audit trail).
