De Montfort University (DMU) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works:

The works comprise of the replacement of the existing Hot & Cold Water services. Maintaining hot and cold water supply to critical areas and toilets within the building. Removal of asbestos and pipework. Fire stopping all existing and new penetrations. Making good and decoration to all areas disturbed and affected by proposed works.

The intended key project dates are as follows:-

Start on Site - 03/07/2023

Practical Completion - 23/10/2023

Duration - 17 Weeks
