The Towns Deal Board in partnership with Herefordshire Council are seeking to commission a programme office function for the delivery stage of the Towns Deal programme.
The successful bidder will be expected to provide a programme office function to help, support and drive the successful completion of the first year of delivery for the stronger towns programme in Hereford.
There are 15 projects within the programme and the expectation is that a programme management framework delivered under this contract is applied to the programme and agreed with the Town Deal Board.
Project management, technical disciplines, construction project management for individual projects is not in scope of the programme office expectations
